Thus, employees are eager to comfortable environments where they can work, socialize, and simply be themselves. We used to define clearly between home and workspace.Home is the place for leisure and relax, while working space is for concentration and focusing. People are spending more than 15 hours either in office or at home. Is there any other different places? And the answer is, yes, but they are neither coffee shops or entertainment venues. The third place, as more and more comprehensively existed in many cities, have both achieved the advantages of home and office, we called it"Magnet Working Space". 


Designing an office that draws those employees back to the office, is the aim of magnet working place. A magnet workplace where employees who might otherwise work remotely from home or in a coffee shop, choose to come and spend their day.The most obvious examples are co-working spaces, which undoubtedly blurs the lines between office and social venue, and combine them to a versatile zone.

How can workplace designers create a magnet workplace that attracts employees? Firstly, the space should make people feel relaxed and pleasure. Some natural landscape interior themes that view strongly impact productivity and behavior, as many authorized studies have shown that being surrounded by nature improves both physical and mental health. For example, living walls combined with natural materials bring a sense of the outside into the work environment.

Then comes to furnitures.In such relaxing workspace, furniture should be used in light colours to create a kind of warm and cosy atmosphere.
